Tom Delaney knows kids. As a veteran of the Toy industry and juvenile category he has developed and marketed some of the world�s best selling brands for Mattel, Inc. and Walt Disney Consumer Products. In addition, his �hands-on� parenting allows him to understand first-hand the needs of parents and their children. This approach has enabled Tom to invent products that are convenient for parents and fun for kids. Together he and his wife have developed juvenile products and toys based on their parenting experience and the needs of their children. Tom received his MBA degree from Arizona State University. <p>Jennifer Delaney<br />
Jennifer Delaney not only manages the finances but also is co-inventor of many of our innovative products. As the mother of three boys, she has created, along with her husband, product ideas that make parents� lives easier and kids� lives more fun. Prior to founding Homegrown Kids, Jen earned her CPA license while working at Coopers &#038; Lybrand, LLP, in Los Angeles and as Controller for MAGIC International and P-EN Publications, Inc.
