Founded by husband and wife, Tom and Jen Delaney, Homegrown Kids was built on three principles:

Tom and Jen Delaney wanted to focus on the most important things in life and spend more time with their children. They feel strongly that their family is the core of their life. In focusing on spending quality time with their kids they have benefited from new ideas to make parents lives easier and kids lives more fun.

The decision to focus on quality has garnered Homegrown Kids with numerous awards, honors and distinctions. Some of its awards include, the iParenting Media Award, The National Parenting Center Seal of Approval, Toy Tips �TTT� Mark of Excellence. In addition, our products have been featured on NBC The Today Show, CNN, USA Today and more.

We have been fortunate in our lives and we feel obligated to give back to the community. Homegrown Kids donates to numerous charities, including Castle of Friends, Cherish the Child, Richmond Area Mothers, Vital Theatre Company, Special Olympics, Easter Seals, March of Dimes and Save the Children.

Tom Delaney knows kids. As a veteran of the Toy industry and juvenile category he has developed and marketed some of the world�s best selling brands for Mattel, Inc. and Walt Disney Consumer Products. In addition, his �hands-on� parenting allows him to understand first-hand the needs of parents and their children. This approach has enabled Tom to invent products that are convenient for parents and fun for kids. Together he and his wife have developed juvenile products and toys based on their parenting experience and the needs of their children. Tom received his MBA degree from Arizona State University. Jennifer Delaney
Jennifer Delaney not only manages the finances but also is co-inventor of many of our innovative products. As the mother of three boys, she has created, along with her husband, product ideas that make parents� lives easier and kids� lives more fun. Prior to founding Homegrown Kids, Jen earned her CPA license while working at Coopers & Lybrand, LLP, in Los Angeles and as Controller for MAGIC International and P-EN Publications, Inc.
